Did it not cross any one’s mind way back in 1999 that by 2001 a reference to the millennium will be as passé as canned spider webs on November 1st? Done. Over. Last millennium’s news, dahrlings.
If Vision 2000 & itravel2000 had wanted to stay au courant these last 13 years, all they had to do was update themselves each year: itravel2001, itravel2002, and so on all the way to itravel2013. A sort of universal year teller, ticking away itravel’s time. Not unlike a debt master tinkling with your fate week to week.
This week Vision ripped the year right off itself. Wise move – although I’m not sure why it took 13 to figure that out. The thing about a year, dahrlings, is that it dates whatever it’s put on. Dates do that.

In other dated news, remember Mirabel airport? The 1976 YMX flop is now a zombie movie hit. Millions of dollars worth of airport facilities are apparently the ideal venue for filming zombie movies. Go figure. YMX is already a ghost town. Walking dead clomp through its empty halls. Saves a lot on production. The latest to hit the big screen is called Warm Bodies. It’s a brain eating zombie romance comedy. Boo
