St. Clair Travel has an immediate opening for a full time, permanent travel advisor with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must be TICO certified.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Problem-solving skills, quick thinker
• Must be able to multi-task
• 2+ years travel industry experience
• Must be fluent in Apollo
• Must be TICO Certified -- will be asked to provide at interview
• Extensive knowledge of leisure destinations and properties
• Ability to assist with group bookings, i.e. sourcing, pricing etc
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, google docs and sheets)
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Must be a team player
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Salary:
$15.00-$19.00 per hour
