Expedia Group announced their new "Fuel Up with TAAP" booking promotion intended to help members of its Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP) offset rising gas prices.
Inflation in Canada rose to 6.7 per cent in MAR, and fuel prices were a major driver, Expedia said. The cost of gasoline has risen nearly 40 per cent since MAR of 2021, according to Statistics Canada.
With a total of CAD $4500 ESSO gift cards up for grabs, travel agents can be in the running with every eligible booking they make. Eligible bookings include standalone hotel bookings made between 01MAY and 30JUN and used before 31DEC 2022. The more agents book, the more chances they have to win.
Five winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and announced in JUL.
