Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Lines Drop Vaccination Requirements

In updates on 02 and 03NOV, Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International have revised their health and safety policies.

On 02NOV, Disney Cruise Line announced that for sailings from the U.S. beginning on or after 14NOV, guests are no longer required to be tested for COVID-19 regardless of vaccination status. Full vaccination is not required, but is "highly recommended" for guests.

As for Royal Caribbean, vaccinations are no longer required for Canada and Alaska sailings, effective 03NOV. Some vaccination restrictions remain for certain destinations. Guests ages 12 and older must be fully vaccinated in order to sail from Australia and Singapore. Additionally, guests ages 5 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to sail transatlantic sailings from Europe.
