Excuse me, dahrlings, but...

Aaagghhh! Not Winnipeg!

Did you know, Pumpkins, that Winnipeg is a no go zone akin to Kabul? At least, that’s what AC would have us believe. Apparently there are bands of marauding displaced natives and various unsavouries endangering the lives of flight attendants forced to fly there.

In a crack of anal zeal, the carrier has commandeered the situation and banned crews from laying-over in downtown Winnipeg. The crime rate is indeed higher than other Canadian cities. So I imagine with that standard in mind, the ban on downtown Berlin, Detroit, New York, Miami, Moscow, Mexico City, Montego Bay, Bangkok, Tel Aviv, Zurich, Mumbai, Istanbul, London … is coming shortly.

On a more positive note, you’ve all heard by now that home grown Anderson Vacations is a finalist in the Alberta Pride competition: The Alberta Pride Award captures the essence of the whole Alberta experience. I am so proud of those bronco riding cowboys standing up for their provincials, I can’t tell you. Almost gives me the courage to come out and claim my own sexual proclivities. Hear! Hear!
