The World Travel & Tourism Council has published research, reported by TravelAgentCentral, that indicates major North African tourist cities are finally showing signs of recovery “providing a massive boost to economies across the region.”
The research shows that the influx of revenue from tourism, industry jobs and visitor spending are “bouncing back to pre-pandemic levels” in all three cities of Cairo, Marrakech and Tunis.
