Excuse me, dahrlings, but...

I Am A Self Branded Woman

Well, I’ll be a federalist’s floozy. How does a Prime Minister – a minority one at that - get to brand a democratic country’s government as his? Ottawa’s letterhead, forms, memos, reports, pens, baseball caps and tampon dispensers now read “Harper Government” instead of “Government of Canada.” Did he buy the place? Maybe it’s being used as an adjective – as in hampered government. Or, big fat douche bag government. Hey! I only ask the questions.

If Harper gets to have a brand … then make way!!!  There’s an Ivanna train a comin’. Choo Choo to you, Stevie.

I hereby declare the travel industry mine! HA! Everyone shall henceforth refer to their business as “Ivanna’s Travel Industry™”. Gracious, Pumpkins, isn’t it fabulous? I will require royalties whenever Ivanna’s Travel Industry™ is mentioned. No, wait. That doesn’t seem right, does it? It should be Fabulicious Ivanna’s Travel Industry™. Oooh! Yesssss! Yesssss! Say it like you mean it!

And to all my little Pumpkinettes: Happy International Women’s Day!!! We haven’t come nearly far enough, baby, but we’re getting there.
