'Bleisure' Travel Even More Popular Post-Pandemic

“Bleisure” travel - a portmanteau of the words “business” and “leisure” travel, is becoming even more popular post-pandemic, according to Simple Flying.

While the two categories used to be very distinct, bleisure travel was growing even before the pandemic. With travel patterns changing even more following the pandemic and now in addition to remote work, many business travellers are looking for ways to maximize their travel and take time off on business trips. In 2022, up to 89 per cent of business travellers said they planned to add some amount of leisure time to their business travel.
