Pennsylvania Fines Marriott Quarter of a Million Dollars For Resort Fee Non-Disclosure

Marriott has been fined USD $225,000 by the state of Pennsylvania for failing to disclose hidden resort fees, according to CBS News.

Marriott is accused of engaging in “drip pricing” where fees are not listed in a total price until a customer is paying for a room, after a booking has been made and typically on arrival.
