Excuse me, dahrlings, but...

Beware The Black Hole

Things are happening over at TUI Travel in the U.K. that call for the pointy eared services of an Enterprise officer. Apparently, dahrlings, there’s a black hole. Which is alarming enough – no one wants an annihilating mass caused by a deformation of spacetime in the lobby - but this black hole is in the books. And it’s swallowed £117M.

This all came to light – or, should I say, to dark – about 3 months ago.

But far from being stable, the hole is growing and has now sucked up a couple of non-executive directors. Hicks and Thorley, who had been on board at First Choice before TUI time, are gone. There is grave concern the hole will eat its way through more First Choicers. Well, naturally they would be first.

Since Chief Exec Peter Long is of choice background, I would get the heck out of there and back to my villa in Mallorca tout-de-suite and to heck with the force being with you. If the Germans at TUI AG want to tackle this mass, let them. Although, from what I hear, it will take an army of Vulcans to fix this mess.
