Flair Airlines Establishes New Base at YYC

On 02MAY, Flair Airlines announced the establishment of a new base at YYC. According to the airline, by JUL 2023, the new base will feature three aircraft, a maintenance facility and hangar, and create nearly 150 jobs.

Additionally, Flair will add four new destinations from YYC, including YXU in JUL, LAS, PHX, and PVR in the fall. Flair says its seat growth from YYC is up 46 per cent in 2023 compared to 2022, and the airline says it has plans for continued expansion from the city.
