Onboard Revenue Up at Royal Caribbean, More Pre-booked Spend

Royal Caribbean Group announced an increase in onboard revenue and record-high pre-booked onboard activities for the first quarter of 2023, reports Cruise Industry News.

Two-thirds of passengers pre-booked onboard activities, significantly higher than in 2019, leading to a rise in revenue per passenger day. Total cruise operating expenses, ticket revenue and onboard revenue per passenger day also increased from 2019.
