A panel discussion at UFTAA’s annual meeting was titled ‘Living in the Zero Commission Environment.’ But one panellist, ARTA Canada’s Bruce Bishins, called the title a misnomer. “That may be the desire of the airlines – not to pay a commission – but the reality is they do, and they are paying it quite well,” Bishins said.
