Travel Counsellors Hires Business Development Professional

Travel Counsellors is pleased to welcome Melanie Leko in the position of Business Development at the Canadian head office in Toronto.

Melanie joins Travel Counsellors with over ten years experience in the travel industry including her most recent position as branch manager at Sears Travel. In her new position Melanie will work closely with the company’s agents, helping them realize their business goals.

Anita Emilio, General Manager, Canada comments, “As a successful travel agent you must connect with each and every one of your customers. We work closely with our Travel Counsellors to help them achieve this super-relationship and Business Development is a big part of that. Our agents concentrate on building these emotional attachments and we do everything else. It works and that’s what makes us different.”
