More Corporate Travel Programs Catering To LGBTQIA+ Travellers

A growing number of corporate programs are providing special consideration for LGBTQIA+ travellers, reports Business News Travel.

According to a European Business Travel Show survey, 43 per cent of programs now make provisions for the LGBTQIA+ community, up from 26 per cent in 2022, while a further 23 per cent plan to do so by the end of the year. In terms of inclusivity in corporate travel, the majority of programs are focused on young people, as well as marginalised communities based on faith, race, or religion. Additionally, companies are taking into account the needs of travellers with accessibility requirements, older individuals, and solo female travellers.

This growing trend reflects a greater recognition of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the travel industry.
