The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced strong passenger demand in APR, with total traffic for the month rising 45.8 per cent compared to APR 2022, IATA reports.
Domestic traffic across all regions rose 42.6 per cent compared to the same period a year ago, posting a 2.9 per cent increase over APR 2019 and marking a full recovery. International traffic has reached 83.6 per cent of APR 2019 levels.
Gobally, total traffic is now at 90.5 per cent of pre-pandemic levels.
