Rejecting an appeal, an Australian court has ruled that six international carriers must pay $25-million to travel agents for not including fuel surcharges in commission calculations. The court ordered Qantas and five other international airlines to account for the money they received from the surcharge and pass on to agents their "underpaid commission."
