NCFs aren’t going away, so agents should focus on growing volume, says RCI’s V.P. Sales Vicki Freed. “You can debate it 100 different ways, but at the end of the day, it is not going to change. This is a volume business and can help you make money. So don’t get stuck on NCFs. It’s just a distraction,” Freed says.
