Booking.com Chooses OpenAI — Not Google Bard —for Generative AI Booking Rollout

Booking.com has announced the launch of an AI Trip Planner for its Genius travel rewards program members in the U.S., reports Skift.

As Open Jaw has reported, industry experts said that, until recently, while ChatGPT could identify what to do and where to stay, it couldn’t help users book, but that appears to be quickly changing.
