MSC Cruises has announced it will temporarily close its private island, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, in 2024, reports Cruise Industry News.
The closure aims to facilitate improvements for the island in line with the company’s growth plans, the company said in a statement. From 07APR to 22MAY, Ocean Cay will be closed to MSC Cruises guests.
The company stated that it is communicating with affected guests and travel advisors to provide updated itineraries and travel options.
