ACTA Calls ITC Pricing Transparency A Win: Tackling NCFs Could Be Tougher

ACTA President David McCaig says his association's 'persistent lobbying' for fair compensation for Canadian travel agents has resulted in the main GDS providers delivering new transparency in ITC pricing. But while it is now easier to separate operators with fat 'non-commissionable fees' from those who use the tax line for legitimate pass-through levies, it may not be so easy to convince them
