Canada Place Declared “World’s Leading Cruise Port” In 2023

Vancouver’s Canada Place has been declared the "World's Leading Cruise Port" for 2023 by the World Travel Awards, breaking Dubai's winning streak since 2008, reports CruiseRadio.Net

It follows recognition as “North America’s Leading Cruise Port” in 2020 and 2021.

The port, known for its architecture resembling sails, stands out for its accessible downtown location and wide range of nearby restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and hotels, making it a convenient and popular port of embarkation for cruises to Alaska and the West Coast.

Local authorities predict Canada Place may see its highest annual passenger count of 1.3 million in 2023.
