Klint + Associates Inc. (KAI) has announced that Catherine Ball has joined the team at Kai as Business Development Manager effective February 15th, 2010.
Catherine has spent the past 20 years experiencing all aspects of the Canadian travel industry. From a flight attendant with NationAir to running a national network of home-based travel agents, Catherine has worked in all production levels of the industry. Years spent working with and for airlines, wholesalers, retailers, car & hotel companies as well as working in the area of groups and incentives, has given Catherine perspective on the needs and wants of the Canadian retail travel agent and their customers.
