Vancouver’s as nervous as a fake virgin watching the last guests leave her Patriots Of America themed wedding. Despite numerous attempts to ease congestion, the city’s gridlock is as tight as she used to be. There’s no snow. The failed ship-to-shore housing project has left a thousand passengers clamouring for life boats. Distances to venues are a logistical nightmare. And run-of-the-mill tourists are staying away. Not to mention how freaked everyone is about security. So much for Olympic fever.
