WestJet has announced that it has signed an agreement with EXP-AIR Cargo, marking the beginning of a sales and service relationship for cargo customers throughout Canada, the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean.

"We are excited about the new partnership between WestJet and EXP-AIR," said Duncan Bureau, WestJet Vice President of Sales and Airline Partnerships. "With their vast experience in the cargo industry, their global reach and their relationships with international carriers, EXP-AIR fits extremely well into WestJet's growth strategies. We anticipate even greater opportunities for our WestJet cargo product to be available throughout our entire network."

WestJet's network reaches 30 cities in Canada, and an additional 37 cities in its U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean and partnering with EXP-AIR will provide cargo service that reaches all of those points.

Established in 1990, EXP-AIR provides cargo sales and service domestically and internationally, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. "EXP-AIR is very proud to associate itself with WestJet," said Daniel Ouellette, EXP-AIR President. "We envision a long and mutually beneficial partnership that will improve and develop WestJet's cargo services to the highest level in Canada and around the world, and an association that creates a lasting commitment to providing a superior cargo product."
