Dianne Jackson has recently joined Kitchener-based Mondial Assistance Canada as Director of Sales for their Canadian operation. Mondial is part of the Mondial Assistance Group, the world's largest travel insurance and assistance provider.

Previous positions in the industry have included Frontline Travel Agent, Agency Owner, Director of Sales for Signature Vacations and most recently Director of Business Development for First Choice Canada – Retail / SellOffVacations.com.

"After selling exciting travel destinations for over 20 years, who would have thought selling insurance could be as interesting? Still, upon spending some side by side time with the emergency assistance centre staff, and hearing our frontline agents and in-house Registered Nurses fulfill our Group Mission - Helping people, anytime, anywhere. For a simpler, safer and more secure life. - I am as excited about a product and service as I ever have been."

Jackson will play a key part in helping Mondial Assistance Canada to meet its aggressive growth objectives. "We are very pleased to have Dianne join our team and build upon our growth strategy in the travel sector," says Nicole Schickler, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. "I look forward to working with Dianne to achieve mutual success in diversifying our existing portfolio."
