In Carnival Corporation's Q3 earnings call, CEO Josh Weinstein highlighted the resurgence of the Costa brand, crediting its president, Mario Zanetti, for the turnaround, reports Cruise Industry News.
Both Costa and AIDA reported impressive figures for AUG, with Costa's occupancy at 119%, surpassing Carnival's nine-brand average of 109%. Weinstein noted that even without the high-yield Baltic itineraries, including Saint Petersburg, both brands outperformed their 2019 yields in Q3.
