Air Transat has announced a new online check-in service available at Toronto's Pearson airport since October 14, 2009 and further expanded to departures from Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Orlando departures in mid November.
Air Transat will offer passengers the opportunity to check in online at www.airtransat.com 24 hours prior to the departure of their flight. Passengers no longer have to line up at the check-in counter. Now they will be able to choose their seats from the comfort of home, and simply deposit their luggage at the baggage drop-off counter at the airport.
