Residential Cruise Ship Will Allow Passengers to Live Onboard for 3.5 Years

The Villa Vie Residences is offering passengers an opportunity to live onboard for up to 3.5 years, starting MAY 2024, reports the Independent.

The ship will stop at 425 ports across 147 countries. The itinerary includes extended stays in regions like Northern Europe and South Asia, and multi-day stops like 12 days in Singapore. Of the 630 cabins, 15% are up for sale, ranging from USD $100,000 to USD $250,000, with additional monthly charges. These residences can also be leased or resold. The ship also offers short-term bookings and amenities like pools, dining options, a business center, and a pet spa. Around 800-900 guests are anticipated at any time.
