Fontainebleau Readying $3.7-billion Las Vegas Hotel

Fontainebleau is ready to unveil its new USD $3.7-billion resort in Las Vegas on 13DEC, marking the culmination of a 23-year journey, reports CNN.

Located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, the resort has 3,644 rooms and is the first new establishment on the Strip since Resorts World in 2021. Construction began in 2007 but was halted due to the recession.

Fontainebleau Development reacquired the property in 2021, reigniting the project.
