VIA Rail Canada has planned a reservation system interruption from 7 p.m. (ET) on Friday, 17NOV, till 5 p.m. (ET) on Saturday, 18NOV, because of the launch of its new booking platform.
During this period, customers will not be able to reserve, modify, or cancel their reservations. VIA Rail has encouraged passengers to book and plan their trips ahead of time.
Train operations will not be affected, and all reservations made before the system interruption will remain valid. Passengers should stay updated on the status of the reservation system through VIA Rail's website and social media channels.
