Sabre Launches AI-Powered Airline Retailing Solution to Boost Ancillary Revenue

Sabre has unveiled Upgrade IQ, an AI-powered airline retailing solution designed to enhance ancillary revenue, reports Skift.

Sabre's product utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize premium cabin inventory, allowing airlines to unlock incremental revenue.

As full-service carriers increasingly derive more revenue from ancillaries and loyalty programs than ticket sales, Sabre's Upgrade IQ addresses the need for smarter ancillary revenue opportunities. The solution enables airlines to efficiently manage seat upgrades and generate additional revenue by offering personalized upgrade opportunities to passengers at various touchpoints throughout their journey. Sabre collaborated with Google and HTS to develop this innovative retailing solution.
