Seabourn Reports ‘Historically High’ Booking Levels

Seabourn is experiencing "historically high" booking levels, reports Travel Weekly.

Early bookings are at record levels, prompting Seabourn to release future deployment earlier, with a booking curve extending up to 36 months before departure.

The 2024 booking curve surpasses historical records, exceeding 2019, 2018, and 2017 figures. UK VP Lynn Narraway advised agents to be proactive during the wave season.

“Agents need to emphasise the incredible value in an ultra-luxury cruise. Customers pay once and then everything is covered and the trade must educate their clients on that.

“I would stress agents particularly focus on studying the expedition cruise market as it’s a very wide space so it’s worth familiarising yourself and using your knowledge to bring new people into the cruising market.”
