TDC Rewards Top Agents with Trip to South of France

Transat 2024 Bravo Excellence Club reward trip

Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) invited 50 of its "most deserving" advisors from Transat Travel/ Voyages Transat agencies across the country on a seven-day Bravo Excellence Club reward trip to the South of France.

“I'm delighted to mark the return of our Bravo Excellence Club trips, which have taken an enforced break in recent years,” says Karine Gagnon, TDC's General Manager. "Of course, the main criterion for selecting the people who participated in this trip was exceptional sales results. And there's no better way to reward and thank travel enthusiasts than with the very fruit of their passion".

For Anthony Mormina, whose first Bravo Excellence Club trip since his appointment as senior sales and operations manager last year, the trip was "all about pleasure: visiting, meeting and discovering."

"The name says it all, the aim is to say bravo and thank you, for the determination and invaluable dedication deployed,” he said.

A dream itinerary in and around Lyon and Marseille

The winners arrived in Lyon on Air Transat (of course) and had the opportunity to discover the city's extraordinary gastronomy, as well as the surrounding region, notably Vienne-Condrieu. On the menu: a visit to the Halles de Paul Bocuse, Croix-Rousse and Fourvières, the Cité du Chocolat and the Guigal vineyards, to name but a few. The group then headed for Marseille, where they had the chance to discover the fish market, the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilization (MUCEM), and a boat tour of the Calanques, with a stop at prehistoric caves. Everyone also had the chance to discover some of France's most beautiful villages, including Lourmarin and Gordes, as well as stopping off in Aix-en-Provence.

 A colourful evening of recognition

The focus of the trip was recognition.

Addressing the advisors present, Karine Gagnon emphasized that “every reservation secured by you is not just a transaction, it's a renewed opportunity for you to demonstrate to your customers your determination to offer them exceptional service, which will translate into the finest travel experience possible. Your ability to connect with your customers, to understand their needs and, above all, to offer them the product or products that will meet or exceed their expectations, is what you do every day. And TDC thanks you for giving your best every day”.

The trip was sponsored by Transat, the Marseille Tourism, Leisure and Convention Office, Aéroport Marseille Provence, Only Lyon, the Aix-en-Provence Tourism Office, Destination Luberon Tourism Office, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourisme and Jumbo Tours France.
