Bell Let's Talk: Gondola Rides to Support Mental Health at Le Massif de Charlevoix

On 29SEP, 100% of the revenues from the sale of tickets for panoramic gondola rides will be donated to regional organizations working in mental health as part of the 3rd edition of the L’Appel de la montagne Challenge at Le Massif de Charlevoix, presented by Bell Let's Talk in collaboration with the Charlevoix Mental Health and Addiction Coordination Table.

A must-visit fall destination for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking enthusiasts, the four-season destination offers a day that will appeal to both casual weekend athletes and more seasoned adventurers as part of this annual fundraising day benefiting six local organizations: Vision d'espoir de sobriété, le Centre de prévention du suicide de Charlevoix, L’Éveil Charlevoisien, Ressource Genesis, La Marée et Centr'hommes Charlevoix. In addition to donating all proceeds from the sale of daily gondola ride tickets, Groupe Le Massif commits to matching contributions up to $5,000.

A Colorful Day

Beyond the autumn hues that will stretch from the Charlevoix peaks to the river, five new unique routes of varying difficulty levels will be offered to take on the challenge. These five routes follow alternative paths across the territory and are divided into three loops for beginners, accessible from the summit, and two ascents reserved for the more experienced, starting from the base. Participating organizations will also be present to raise awareness of their mission and services.

Groups and Businesses: Accept the Challenge!

This initiative, which promotes unity and engagement, is a unique opportunity for businesses, sports clubs, groups of friends, and families to mobilize. By participating in this stimulating challenge, they can strengthen social bonds, foster a sense of personal and collective accomplishment, and establish valuable connections with the local community. Moreover, this event offers a platform to highlight available services while supporting a common cause for the benefit of organizations working in mental health in the Charlevoix region.

At the Heart of Le Massif de Charlevoix’s Corporate Mission

Sustainable development has always been at the core of Le Massif de Charlevoix's development vision. It reflects its mission to promote sharing and connection in a unique environment by offering meaningful recreational tourism experiences that contribute to individual and collective growth. Le Massif de Charlevoix's involvement in the L’Appel de la montagne Challenge aims to be a source of motivation and inspiration for its employees, partners, the community, and future generations. The event is part of the four-season destination's sustainable development and social engagement plan.
