Canada Jetlines Operations Ltd. announced that it intends to take a CAD $5m private placement. The placement consists of units issued at $0.40 each, and consists of one share and one half of one warrant. Each warrant entitles a unit holder to purchase an additional share of $0.70 for a period of 24 months after closing.
