MSC Cruises Introduces New e-Learning Platform with Rewards for Advisors

MSC Cruises has introduced a new digital program aimed at helping travel advisors become familiar with its products, ships and sailing itineraries.

The program comprises interactive modules, videos and tutorials on MSC’s 19 cruise ships.

Advisors who enroll can earn credits to become an “MSC Cruises Master.” As well, the company will draw 10 $200 or 20 $100 gift cards for those who successfully complete the exam by 31AUG.

“Our product has significantly evolved in recent years and is set to develop further in the near future,” said Ian Patterson, the country manager for MSC Cruises Canada.

“The cruise experiences we offer will become richer and more varied and we want to ensure that our travel partners in Canada are familiar with our fleet of ships, onboard services and ambitions for the future.”
