Royal Caribbean is ready to place a cruise ship wherever vaccine levels are high, and/or infection rates are low, the line's Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Ben Bouldin, said. That includes countries like the U.K. and Greece, where infection rates have been extremely low compared to the rest of Europe. Successful restarts also depend on cooperation from the governments, both in terms of homeports and places they would be able to visit.
