Starting 24AUG, cruise pax who wish to go ashore in Denmark must be tested for COVID-19 regardless of vaccination status, according to the Danish authorities. Guests disembarking in Denmark must take a PCR test within 72 hours before arrival or an antigen test within 48 hours before arrival. This also applies to guests who have recovered from an earlier infection of COVID-19. Before, only passengers with an approved COVID-19 vaccine could go ashore, so these new rules allow all guests, even unvaccinated, to disembark provided they test negative.
