Ensemble's David Harris Reflects On Lessons Learned From COVID-19

David Harris, CEO of Ensemble, has penned an editorial in Travel Weekly reflecting on the past year and sharing lessons he’s learned on how retailers can be as prepared as possible for what he calls “the inevitable next crisis.” For one, he says industry stakeholders must “be ready for anything and to execute a pivot quickly.” Relationships are also important, he says, suggesting support for trade groups that participate in advocacy efforts such as ACTA. At the end of the day, “don’t leave your ethics at the door,” he says. “Your competitors are struggling as much as you are.”
