TICO: Immediate Suspension Advisory: Sunmed Holidays Inc. aka H.L. Holidays

TICO has issued an Immediate Suspension Order to suspend the registration of Sunmed Holidays Inc., aka H.L. Holidays, of Mississauga, ON. The suspension order alleges that the company had not been financially responsible in the conduct of its business and there were “reasons to believe that it will not carry on business in accordance with the law” as per the Travel Industry Act. This suspension applies to both Sunmed Holidays Inc.’s retail and wholesale registrations, and the company must cease all travel sales and counselling activity immediately.
