Los Cabos Expects to Welcome 150,000 Canadian Tourists as Season Begins

According to the head of Los Cabos’ tourism board, 150,000 Canadians are expected to visit the destination between OCT and the end of 2021. Rodrigo Esponda Cascajeres, general director of the Los Cabos Tourism Trust, noted Canadian tourism numbers in 2021 could even match those from 2019. According to Esponda, 10 per cent of international tourists to Los Cabos are Canadians, and tend to stay around 11 days longer on average than visitors from the U.S. and Mexico.
