Collette's Advanced Commission Program Now Permanent

Global tour operator Collette has announced that its Advanced Commission Program for travel professionals is now a permanent feature. The program, originally launched in SEP 2020 and set to expire at the end of year, allows for travel professionals to receive a portion of the full commission amount based on type of booking. Collette will not recall the advanced commission payments if a client chooses to cancel.

Advisors will now be able to earn advanced commissions on all tours in the tour operator's newly released Worldwide Travel Guide as well as its Oberammergau 2022 tours.

The Advanced Commission Program will no longer have an expiration date and will continue to offer three flat-rate options for earning advanced commission as follows:

  • CAD $100 per booking for land-only bookings
  • CAD $125 per booking for land and air bookings
  • CAD $200 per booking for any booking that includes Collette’s Travel Protection Plan

“It has been a difficult year for travel advisors and we know that making this program permanent will put money back into their pockets now, when they need it most,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and Chief Brand Officer of Collette.
