Royal Caribbean International is planning a “major” addition to its private Bahamian island, Perfect Day at CocoCay. The island is set to receive an additional area called Hideaway Beach, an adults-only experience, in late 2022. "It will allow us to increase our capacity by approximately 3,000 people a day in late '22, which is obviously going to help improve our overall profitability and drive more revenue, both ticket and onboard," Royal Caribbean CEO Michael Bayley said.
