Argentina has reopened its borders to foreign travellers as of 01NOV. To enter, Flight Global reports that travellers must either be fully vaccinated or provide a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to entry. According to Argentina’s Transportation Ministry, the country had only previously been open to tourists from bordering countries.
