The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced that as of 01NOV, fully vaccinated travellers from Canada and the U.S. can resume all travel to the destination. To enter, travellers must take a PCR test 72 hours before their flight, fill out a passenger declaration, and take a PCR test upon arrival. Travellers must then quarantine in a hotel until test results return or 24 hours pass.
