Pivot Airlines Announces Service to YOW and YUL from YKF

Regional carrier Pivot Airlines has announced new service from YKF to YOW beginning 19FEB 2022, and from YFK to YUL beginning 21MAR 2022. Advanced tickets for these routes are available for booking as of 05NOV.

"Pivot your travel embodies our core belief that our launch markets reflect the global trend in regional travel," explained Eric Edmondson, CEO of Pivot Airlines. "We believe that while YYZ is a world-class global hub, regional airports like [YKF] offer a better, more seamless, and hassle-free alternative for regional travel."

According to the airline, advanced booking sales will continue throughout the pre-sale period leading up to the launch of the new routes with no fees on changes or cancellations.

Headquartered in YYZ, Pivot Airlines launched in JUN of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the airline focused on providing air service connecting healthcare and resource sector workers as well as supply chains across Canada and into South America. Pivot Airlines will continue to provide group charter flights from YYZ and the YFK. Pivot Airlines operates its flights with the Mitsubishi Canadair Regional Jet.

Pivot Airlines highlights that it provides regional airline solutions for community partners and mainline carriers, and performers charter services to corporate and leisure clients, the resource sector, sports teams and governmental agencies.
