Tourists Break into Rome's Colosseum to Drink Beer

This week, Italian police caught two American tourists who broke into the Colosseum after dark to drink beer on the archways with a panoramic view of Rome. A passerby noticed the two and called the police, and the pair were picked up after walking back from their drinking session, and were handed a USD $900 fine. At least they weren’t punished by gladiatorial combat.
