PINNACLE OF SUCCESS

IN FOCUS: Holland America Line VP North America Sales, Michelle Sutter, on Getting Back to Sales

"A lot of firsts!" That's what Michelle Sutter, Holland America Line's VP of North American Sales told Open Jaw's Lynn Elmhirst on board the line's newest flagship and last of the line's Pinnacle-class ships, the Rotterdam.

The inaugural sailing of the Rotterdam in North American also marked the first time many of Holland America Line's team members were able to meet in person for two years.

Vancouver-based Sutter has some particular insights for Canadian advisors getting back to selling Holland America Line.

The Rotterdam will be one of four HAL ships sailing the Caribbean this winter season, all including calls in the line's top-rated private island, Half Moon Cay.
