Astrotourism: These Resorts Will Have You Seeing Stars

“Astrotourism” encompasses any travel related to astronomy experiences, whether it’s a solar eclipse, meteor shower or rocket launch, says Valerie Stimac, founder of Space Tourism Guide, an online resource that helps travellers better experience space here on Earth. USAToday shares several resorts with a focus on astronomy, from Hyatt Regency in Maui, Hawaii, which has a director of astronomy dedicated to its Tour of the Stars program, to the Four Seasons Resort in Bora Bora, where the overwater bungalows make for the perfect spot to lounge and look up at the stars.
